Therapeutic Approaches and Methods
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Traditional cognitive behavioral therapy helps identify and modify harmful thought patterns and behaviors. Together, we will work on developing constructive alternatives to better navigate challenges and enhance your oerall well-being.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT encourages you to accept difficult thoughts and emotions rather than fighting against them. At the same time, it focuses on what truly matters to you and supports you in taking meaningful steps towards a more fulfilling life.
Functional Analytical Psychotherapy (FAP)
FAP places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. By engaging in mindful interactions in the present moment, we uncover and process limiting relational patterns, allowing for deep and lasting change.
Emotion-Focused Therapy
EFT helps you better understand and work with your emotions to resolve internal blockages. This approach supports emotional regulation and fosters a deeper connection with yourself and others.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a method specifically developed for processing traumatic experiences. Through targeted eye movements, distressing memories can be reprocessed, promoting emotional healing and resilience.
Relaxation Techniques and Biofeedback
Here, you will learn to release tension and actively regulate unconscious bodily functions. This enhances control over your body and helps deepen both physical and emotional relaxation.
